New Week- Fight

Fight for something you love. Fight if it’s important to you. Fight if it’s someone you love. Fight if you know that in the end the bumps and bruises will have been worth it. Fight to be a better person in life. Fight the battles and win them all. There is something or someone out there in this world that’s worth fighting for. Find it, and fight hard. If you want it, go get it- and don’t stop until it’s yours. The best thing in life are free, but they also don’t come by so easily. Build yourself up to be someone strong, to be someone pushing for more out of life. Life truly is about winning, because it’s a constant battle. There’s going to be someone prettier, more handsome, smarter, and all of the above and in betweens; but there will never be another you. And there is someone or something out there that’s waiting for you to fight for them/it.

New Week- Someone Else

Do things for someone else.
Share your happiness with someone else.
Share your success with someone else.
Care for someone else.
Succeed for someone else.
Appreciate someone else.
Love someone else.

Strive for perfection in life, and for success, but do it with and for someone else. Having someone to share the big moments with, or having someone motivating you to accomplish something is more rewarding than just doing it for yourself. Granted, we should do and accomplish goals for ourselves, but on top of that we should be doing it for someone we love. Life is too short to celebrate alone. And by having “someone else,” I don’t mean a significant other; I mean, someone you love. Family. Friends. Anyone you could possibly love more than yourself, do it for that person.

New Week- Humble & Hungry

Be humble. Be hungry. Want more. Don’t settle.

It’s never too late to change something about your life. In today’s society it’s okay, it’s actually a huge accomplishment, when people choose to go back to college. Or even for younger people like myself, it’s never too late to change your mind on your major. Find something you love and run with it. There are all kinds of things in this world that motivate and help us find who we are and what we want to be in our careers. As long as you’re humble and hungry for success, you’ll come a long way. Have options for yourself and don’t be afraid to try something new. Success takes time, so don’t rush anything. Be wise, but have fun. Don’t compete with your friends or the people around you, the bigger and more successful person wins by being humble. Good things come to those who wait… And most importantly, those who deserve it.

New Week- Reflect

As we reach the final month of 2014, let us reflect; reflect on both the good and the bad. Think about all the good that has happened to you and your loved ones this year, and also think about the bad. Did it make you stronger? Did you learn from it? Learning from your mistakes has to be one of the best forms of education. Learning from something you’ve done makes it stick. The people who’ve done you wrong, you learn to not trust as easily and look out for yourself. The job you quit, you’ve learned what type of career you want for yourself. And through all the good, you carry on the positivity and the lifestyle that comes along with it. As we enter the last stretch, choose what you want to take into 2015 and what you want to leave back in 2014. Reflect and learn; a lot happens in a year.

New Week- Monday’s

End of the day. Finally, case of the Monday’s, over. Just take all the stress, headaches, and frustration from today’s back-to-reality attitude, and turn it into something positive. Use it to strive for a better week to come. Be appreciative and thankful that you have work, even if it gives you headaches; that you have an education, even if it stresses you out; that you have loved ones who are always on your back, even if they frustrate you. Have a better attitude tomorrow. And if you’ve had a good day today, remember that positivity tomorrow. Don’t start a week happy and end it poorly, and if it started poorly, end it happy. The point is, don’t let the word “Monday” ruin everything; pretend it’s Friday, everyone loves a Friday. Don’t label the days of the week, because it’s little things like that that throw off your mood and put bad vibes in your head.

Be happy, be great, and be positive. I truly hope the rest of the week is a great as you make it.

New Week- Top 3 Life Helpers

Through this life we are faced with challenges, rewards, and everything in between. We encounter good people, and not so good people. But when we do find these good people and these good influences, life seems to move a little smoothly. Top 3 things to make a life a little easier.

1. Good friends.

Fine. Have a significant other, and be happy, but don’t lose your friends. Granted, if you find the right person they’ll be more than you could ever need, but you will always need your friends. Guys need to talk to guys, and girls need to talk to their girls; it’s just how it works. And the good friends are the friends that are going to accept that you can’t spend all your time partying and getting crazy, because you’re busy trying to get your life started with someone you love- and these are the type of friends that are one call away from a vent, or a game night in the man cave. Find those friends, and keep them.

2. Positive vibes.

Positive vibes in the work place, at home, at school, everywhere you are. Always surround yourself with positive thoughts and good intentions. There are things and people in this life that feed off of negativity, don’t be that person. Be the person that always has something good to say, and can create a solution to any problem. Your life will be so much simpler and happier if you could bring positivity to it every day.

3. Honesty and Trust.

Yes, these two fall together. You need to be honest with yourself and those around you to have trust. Some might think this only goes for the way you treat people; no, this goes for you too. You need to be honest with yourself to trust the moves and decisions you make in life. Be true to yourself. If you know something isn’t going to work out, or if this something isn’t what you really want in life, don’t pretend like it is. Being honest with yourself will make you feel comfortable in the world around you, and allow you to trust your instincts and not fear the obstacles in life.

New Week- Don’t Stop

Never stop. Never stop trying to be better. Never stop striving for happiness. Never stop creating new dreams. Once you’ve hit a goal, work towards another. Forever challenge yourself. We live in a world with endless opportunities. People always have something negative to say about the society we live in and how things are so hard- but, that’s the beauty of it; being challenge. And the people that say we’re limited, are the people that are small minded; don’t be small minded. The best things in life are created from dedication and hard work. Dream big and keep on dreaming. Don’t ever let anyone tell you no, and don’t ever stop at no. Be who you are and who you want to be, and never stop. The road is endless.

New Week- Good People

Are you a good person? Really think about it. Of course we all want success for ourselves, but a good person would also want success for those around them. A good person wants to see the people they love (i.e. family and friends) to be just as successful. Don’t be selfish, don’t be rude, and don’t be jealous. There is something in store for all of us; and for each person, there is something different. No two people are the same, and no two people are going to get the same. Help those, even if they don’t help you. Care for others, even if they don’t care for you. Pray for them, even if they don’t wish well for you. The difference between you and these other people, is that good things will come to you. Be known as the person who is always happy and is genuinely a good person- people love being around individuals like this for the good energy. Bottom line is to be a good person. Help others succeed, for this is part of the success of yourself- because being true to yourself and those around you is a puzzle piece to your own success.

New Week- Your Finish Line

Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do it. It’s not about who’s the fastest or who’s the best. It’s not about who’s prettier or who’s smarter. Its not about who’s stronger or who’s taller. It’s about what makes you happy. If in the end you’re happy with the results, then that’s winning. Succeed at your own speed and at your own will. Everyone is built differently and everyone has different goals. Life is not a competition. Don’t ever feel threatened. If something doesn’t work and someone takes or accomplishes something before you, that doesn’t mean you need to stop and give up. It just means that there’s something better for you at your own finish line. Good things come to those who wait… And most importantly those who are humble. Be happy for the success of those around you, because the day you accomplish your own goals you’re going to want the same respect. Nothing good comes out of jealousy and envy. Be patient, but continue to grow- your finish line will come.

New Week- Originality

Be original.

1. Create your own footsteps.

Create your own path rather than following the path that already has footsteps. Just because there is someone going down one path doesn’t mean that’s the same path you should take.

2. Do what makes you happy.

Too many people are worried about what other people are doing.. Or some people are just too worried about what people are thinking of them. But, who cares? Stray away from trends. Do you.

3. Be true to yourself.

Remember who you are and where you came from. Don’t change yourself and your desires to fit in. The trends you’re trying to follow aren’t all that they’re cracked out to be.
